Yes, I suppose she WOULD have the choice of going elsewhere, Judity. But I
have to wonder....

If we're SUPPOSEDLY granted privacy under HIPAA, wouldn't someone making a
values-judgment call on our private medical treatment be in violation? I'm
sure I'm stretching, but it seems to me that pharmacists need to fall under
the same sort of confidentiality rules that MTs do. I might not always
agree with what I type but I'm paid to type it, not pass my judgment on it.
