I have to disagree here. If the company was blowing asbestos out into the
air, or asking its employees to drink coffee spiked with a mild poison, we
wouldn't say, "Well, the employee can always go work somewhere else." When
I worked for a couple of heavy smokers I kept sinus and bronchial infections
all the time. The second I stopped working in that office, they came to a
screeching halt. I don't think they had the right to make me sick
repeatedly just because I produced medical transcription for them.
