It sounded like energizing the eraser, which I don't know about, as I was thinking you meant the plain old box-type thing you pass tapes through to erase and it has no button.

Steve, what power button..turn the TV on or off. I'm confused. The TV
should be on to see the colors right, then do what you say with the
swirling motion and then turn the TV off?
