I"m just doing Atkins induction (I plan to stay on that as long as I
can) and doing the treadmill every day, sometimes 30 minutes, sometimes
60 minutes, depending on my workload. If it's 30 minutes I really
crank it up, both speed and incline. Never thought I could actually do
this. I have no willpower (but I do want to make my daughter happy on
her wedding day). She's my cheerleader, keeps me from cheating. Every
day I get an email from her asking if I lost any. I'm a kid pleaser, I
guess. <G> Either that or I'm afraid of what she'll do to me if I
gain it back.
