I was always afraid our house would catch fire and I wouldn't be able to
get out. The fire prevention weeks didn't scare me any more, just gave me
"justification" for being scared. LOL. I specifically don't talk much
about house fires because I don't want my son to be scared of them.
However, we do talk about escape routes, where we will meet, etc. He has
been afraid of the house catching on fire since he was around 3. I guess
it's genetic. LOL
