Transcription stations identification help

I have some transcription stations here and I was hoping someone can
help me ID them.

On top says DVI Digital Voice Inc.
Type LFH 4020/80D
LCD display, keypad, speed, vol, reverse controls.
Made in Austria.
I think this is a Phillips product.
Is this for calling into a Phillips digital system? Is it used for
any other system?

The second and third are similar but not the same. Well, the plastic
case is the same.

One says Electronics Innovations Inc.
Transmax
Black plastic cabinet. Slope front.
Phone type keypad on top.
Two unlabeled knobs on front.
Two RJ-11 jacks on back, one labeled
Connect to Telephone Line, the other labeled connect to DVI
Square plug on side for footpedal.
Unlabeled light and jack on front.

The other one says VDI
Similar phone keypad on top.
Two knobs labeled volume and tone.
Two lights, labeled in use and rec mode.
Same square plug on side for footpedal
Mic, speaker, phone jacks.

Is anyone familiar with these?

Thanks!
