I have been a little disappointed in that also. In addition to their WAV
player and pedal (pedal which I bought on Ebay and will describe that story
later) I use their call-in system - Orator Pro. I absolutely love it
although recently I have found their tech support to be quite slow in
answering questions, which was never an issue before and I always raved
about them for being so prompt and courteous.

I recently had a sub who had her system crash. She tried and tried to
contact them because her user information/password, etc was stored on her
computer that had died. She didn't ever hear back from them and I ended up
giving her my user license # so she could work. I promptly emailed them
and they verified that she had purchased the product, said they were sorry
that it had taken then a few days to contact her but there was nothing they
could do about my three-install issue and now I cannot load my BS player
program on my new computer as I had previously installed it on my computer
and my laptop and used up my third shot (which I didn't know about) on her.
That pisses me off because I have a product that I bought used, ended up
having to pay them the difference in order to be able to install it and use
it and now I cannot use it because it took days for them to answer an email
and my sub needed to be able to work.

I bought the foot pedal on Ebay. I contacted them to purchase the
software, etc. to go with it. They found out what I had paid for it and
then made me pay the difference in their price versus what I had paid for
it before they would "sell me" the license to install it. I was very
disappointed in that as someone else had already paid full price for it and
then I ended up being forced to pay full price for an item that was used
and without the full warranty since it was used. Live and learn, I guess.
