I have had these off and on since I had my gallbladder out when I was 21.
Not a good feeling. They do say it mimics a heart attack.
You do have to watch what you eat. Sometimes, you are not bothered by the
food that will cause them and other times, voila--there they are! I guess
the safest way to live is not eat the food, but sometimes you just can't
help it.
