Green lizard????

I have to be hearing this wrong, I just have to be, but it sure seems to be said clearly. This patient is being admitted for atypical chest pain. "She was given a s/l green lizard in the emergency room, and it did not really seem to matter with her discomfort." The doc is very clear, no accent, no background noise, and he's definitely not saying nitroglycerin. Is this some weird name for a treatment that I haven't heard of, are my ears just numb, or is he maybe just having her babysit someone's iguana while she's waiting?
Anne .
