Word help program not a word

I am working in Arial 12 font I am copying from a document that is Arial 12
into this document and when I paste in it is in Times New Roman 12. Any
idea why? How can I correct that? I normally have my font set in Times New
Roman is that why this happens? This particular account does everything in
Arial, so all their templates are Arial so I don't see why what my normal
settings are would effect my cutting and pasting from Arial into other Arial
documents. Does that make any sense?

Thanks, sue
