You had it done right if you changed it in MSCONFIG and made it where it
didn't start in startup. Also go to start, programs, and see if it's in your
startup folder and delete it from that menu. There is an option in works to
make it where it doesn't start from Windows (can't remember where), but I
use msconfig for changing everything. Then I just check the darn box to quit
showing me that I'm using diagnostic startup since I'm the one who did it, I
know that. LOL
