Falling apart

Well, it's happening. My right arm is busted. I hurt from fingers to
shoulder. I'm off work for a week and about to start therapy. With
all my complaining that I'm tired of transcription - maybe I'm about to
get a career change whether I want it or not.

Any "been there done that" stories? My shoulder and arm doesn't hurt
until I type for a little while. I'm really stressing out over this.
I wanted to get out of MT work, but only when I was prepared to go into
something else.

Does vocational rehab help with something like this? Should this be a
worker's comp thing? I'd appreciate any info or personal experience
any of you could give me.
