Yes, it does seem to be only at the beginning of a sentence, but I am still
puzzled.
Glad to know I am not alone in this. Most of the time it works great!

Yeah, I've noticed the same thing with IT but it is happening with
phrases that are not formatted. For example, I want "physical
examination" and it will put down "pexamination." The only place I've
had this happen is at the beginning of a sentence. I don't know what
causes this or how to fix it either.
