No xenophobia, Deborah, just disgust at the cut-rate, cut-throat
approach and I don't care what the last name is or where the business
and/or transcriptionsts ares located. It gives us all a bad name.

but in the next breath...

You don't even know if you have the best MT team in the industry! How
about truth in advertising?
"As of five minutes ago, we have the best team we could assemble in
the shortest possible time."
"We really have no idea how accurate our people are but for the price
we're offering, you shouldn't complain."

For 6.5 cpl or $8 to $10 an hour, you're going to get American MTs who
can't cut it anywhere else. And all the providers are going to see is
that this crap was put out by "US MTs." Then the rest of us will
undergo another round of "This crap isn't even worth the 9 cpl I pay
now - why should I pay you more?" and "How do I know you're any better
than the last company that told me they were top quality?"
Ack! I'm going back to work. I can't stand this.
