I have an Alpine one, I believe. I cannot remember the name, it's been so
long since I bought it . I got it about 5 years ago. It, IMO, blows the
ionic breeze ones away just because one unit does my entire house (2600-
2800 sq ft). I don't want one for every room, etc. and I want one that
will do the job. I absolutely love ours. Like I said, we've had it for
five years. It makes the pet hair clump and float to the floor for easy
vacuuming. It makes the dust very "big" on surfaces, but that's just the
small particles being "ionized" together (LOL) and dusting is so much more
productive. When we first got it, I felt like I vacuumed and dusted ALL
THE TIME but once we got all the funk out of the house, it has been easy to
keep clean and maintain. I think the one we got cost about 600 or 700
bucks or so.
