They might take a job with your company because they're in a bind and
HAVE to work somewhere, but if they are as good as you say, as soon as
someone like Julie is hiring again, they're going to be gone, because
they could easily make twice that working for her. No one is
belittling them, I know what it's like to be in a bind and not be able
to find a job that pays well , but on the other hand, I did keep
looking while I worked for slave wages. No one will stay for long.
