Hmmmm. Then how do you keep all of your MTs busy? I've been in MT for 30
years. I had my own clients for most of those years. The balance between
supply and demand is the nightmare. You're a mouthpiece. You're going to
say what it is they need you to say. You've not shown me that you're
willing to say to a client-- No, we don't have the staff to cover that
yet.... Instead you will lead a client to believe you are fully staffed
with experienced MTs (despite later saying you would be hiring inexperienced
MTs willing to work for crap wages), who are 98% accurate.

Let's hope that 2% isn't on one of your relatives, eh?
