Good criminy, woman! Problem isn't with where folks are from, it's with the atrocious use of the language. Last time *I* looked (20 minutes ago), better-than-average English skills are the #1 requirement of this job.

If you can't spell enough to put out a decent business letter, how in the world do you expect to turn in a perfect (or nearly) medicolegal document that may have to hold up in court?

Don't pull the race card here. Some folks (like me) have no problems with offshoring work to QUALIFIED PEOPLE.
