Unfortunately the law does not allow these guys to be done away with. We
fight that here all the time. We have tried and tried. They cannot be
"cured". They will ALWAYS reoffend. It is a given. The day is coming when
people will be taking the law in their own hands. This country is a mess
both with our administration and economy and crap like this. I think
everyone is bursting at the seams and they are about to blow and look out,
it is going to be nuts.
