My issue is that she came here, making claims and guarantees that are so
far off that it isn't even comical and admitted to undercutting and
charging lower than industry rates. I don't personally care _who_ says it.
If it was an American company it would matter just the same to me. The
point is, there is an issue with her making guarantees that she cannot back
up. I don't buy from salespeople like that. Your SUV analogy maybe a bit
off for me - IME, the SUV salesman didn't guarantee me that my car wouldn't
flip over or guarantee me anything else. He sold the car based on the car
specs and not sight unseen.
