Computer help - error message 0x7c9105f8

I keep getting this error message, usually when I'm getting out of IE. I
googled and find lots of people looking for answers but no answer on how
to get rid of it. Some suggest a memory problem. This computer is only a
year old and I've never had any problems with it. Virus software and
firewall are up to date. Spyware is run daily. Any ideas from the
computer gurus on the list on what to do.

Thanks

Barbara
