WP question

Is there a way to actually go in and edit your dictionary(ies) in WP for
Windows that anybody knows about? For some stupid reason my dictionary has
started capping things I don't want capped like topiramate and leviteracetam
and I want it to stop. I checked to see if it's in auto correct to be able
to take it out there, and it's not. It's driving me crazy. I really need to
uninstall and reinstall with the bugs I'm finding, but who has time to do
that?
