Suggested punctuation, please?

A partial thickness tear could not be ruled out, but there did not appear to
be evidence of a full-thickness rotator cuff tear; although, there most
definitely was subacromial bursitis noted in this examination.

Should I leave it this way (the way I typed it), or does someone have a
better suggestion? This is exactly as dictated, and I'm not exactly sure how
best to punctuate it.

Thanks!
