That's what I couldn't make Dionna understand. She was in 0-4 in the last
two years and now is in 5s and no matter how much I explain that her hips
developing and her getting a more womanish figure is the cause of the size
change, not her weight, she refuses to accept it. This is a girl who weighed
87 pounds until just I think 2 years ago and when she hit that 100 mark she
just deflated. I think she knows she's not fat in the sense of really
overweight, but I think she sees my sister's daughter (same age) being a
couch potato and weighing around 185 at a shorter height and sees some of
the other people around her being overweight, she gets worried because she
knows she needs to get up and do something instead of laying in her bed
watching TV or sitting at the computer.
