There is a difference in being blunt and being rude. I was raised in the
south, as was my mother, my grandmother, her mother, etc. We are all quite
blunt. We are not rude, however. I will tell the truth, so if you don't
want it, don't ask. If you ask me if these pants make your *** look big
and they do, I'll tell you - that is blunt. I will not, however, offer
that tidbit of information unless you ask - that is rude.
