Very well said, Sandi! That's the bottom line for a number of us, I'm
sure. If someone belonged to AAMT and in the time of their membership
the AAMT adopted tenets the member didn't like, I can see advising the
member actively campaign to make changes. However, when an
organization is born that in nearly every way fails to meet many
potential members' needs, then MTs who do not join are in no way
"lacking" because they chose not to become involved--even if the
organization is the only one in their field.
