It sucks to live here. I am currently taking applications from states
wishing to be my next home (once my insane property value increases
stop, natch). My wish list includes a temperate climate, no state
income tax, and no predominant crazies.

Conversely, anyone wanting to live on the Gulf coast and willing to pay
me 6-8 times what I bought my little Cracker home for may also get in
line.
