Not necessarily. I had to sue the MTSO I formerly worked for. She didn't
care how "in the hole" she went, she was not going to pay me what was due
to me. We recovered most of it but the rest would've had to be handled in
court and it would've cost me more than she owed me in the first place to
have my attorney take her to court.
