Well, you've got no state income tax, but high sales tax (compared to me in
KY anyway). And while the western part of TN usually gets rain while we're
getting snow, the eastern part gets quite a bit of snow...mountains you
know. TN is beautiful though, but it sure does rain a lot. Of course, who am
I to complain, we've been begging for rain for a month if not more.
