Thanks for the links and stuff. I knew I could rely on you guys. I did a
search yesterday but wasn't using the correct words I guess.
>From what I can glean, he can't charge more than 5% of the rental fee in
late fees for a month. That's $47.50.
My concern is that my pay dates are close to the 1st and there may be a
month when I absolutely do not have the funds on the 1st (say the first is
on Sunday), but get my check on a Tuesday. I'm busting my ass to get my
credit cleaned up and doing what I can to keep everyone happy.
This guy wrote me a jr high letter back in response to mine... seems the
neighbors (one which is his FIL) say my dogs are barking all night (news to
me since I'm here with them every night all night) and that I havent'
properly weeded the flower beds (which are about as low on my priority list
as anything can get) or that my daughter makes "multiple trips in and out at
various hours of the day and night"! WTF???
You know, I've been so damn unhappy in my choice of homes for so many years
now that I'm tired. I'm just tired. I want to find a place where the
neighbors mind their own business, where there is no "yard police" and where
I can run buck friggin' naked through the yard if I wanna..... I'm gonna go
check out cemetaries! LOL!
My daughter that just got married is moving to Hershey, PA and I went up
that direction today scouting the area. I make settlement on my house on
9/23 and now I'm not sure what in the heck to do. I *thought* I was going
to land here for a few years but not if someone is taking notes on my damn
departures and arrivals!
Sorry, didn't mean to get off on a rant, but I'm frustrated! Thanks again!!
