Yikes, that is cold hearted. Onehundred bucks for one day. Whew. I believe in paying on time but that's usury rates. Bad enough IF you are there in five minutes to fix the leaky pipes and downright immoral otherwise. but that is just my opinion. Even the power company isn't that harsh.

My leases require that it be postmarked no later than the 1st and they have a three-day grace period. After that, it's $100 for the first day and $10 for every day after. The longer you give someone to pay, the more costly it is.
