Funny, any help I've give has never bitten me in the ass, only gotten me work. Doesn't mean I'm going to "DO" someone's work for them because they won't go to school or learn to fish instead of fishing, and I'm certainly not going to help a practice I believe to be immoral, unethical, and plain and outright disgusting (never mind dangerous)

Good business people do not aid and abet the competition. There are plenty of other people one can help in one way or another without cutting your own throat and watching the blood drain onto their bid for one's own work.


How is helping a foreigner doing MT any different than helping a newbie? I've been undercut by people I helped "break into MT" before. I just don't see the difference. It's not only foreigners undercutting us. We are doing it to ourselves every single day.
