Could be. I have a friend who generally always pays her rent late, well
late according to the lease, but the exact time every month (another one of
those payday-doesn't-match-due-date things). I'd have her as a tenant in a
heartbeat. She takes immaculate care of the premises and goes over and
above what she's required to do, such as tending the weeds, which is someone
else's responsibility, and that sort of thing.
