(Well, someone must, I just don't know them.)
I don't know why everyone thinks punctuality isn't an issue - the
mortgage company sure considers it one. Maybe nobody who is laissez
faire about it had a mortgage? (Or is independently wealthy and didn't
need the rent in order to pay the mortgage?)
