...or that the landlord would be the "bad guy" for daring to add to your
problems by expecting that you pay him/her and expect you to pay the
agreed-upon late fees when you do not pay him or her on time. Like someone
just said - it's a business. Being that it _is_ a business, it should be
clearly evident that it is not a charity.
