If the tenant is ill and can't work, it's not the landlord's problem!
If they can't pay the rent, for whatever reason, it is the tenant's
problem to either find the rent somewhere or move out. I NEVER thought
if I was unemployed and didn't have the rent that my landlord would let
me stay there. .
