In the beginning you have to stop and think about it. But it's just
like learning anything else. After a while, it becomes second nature
and you'll be amazed as how much time you save. Don't forget to back up
your Auto Correct entries in case your computer freaks out. Also, the
back up is just a Word table of sorts, so you can run through it and see
what's on it. You can also print it out. Just keep in mind that there
are a lot of things on the list that came with Word, so there will be a
lot of entries on it that you didn't put in.

I'm happy to help. When I first started out, I had to learn a lot of
this on my own and I wasted a lot of valuable time and energy. Luckily,
I've always been somewhat of a computer nerd, and that made it easier to
learn Word.
