Actually, like I stated in another response, I don't really know what you
are comparing. What her landlord is doing is wrong. He is being terrible
to her because he has had to fork out money to repair the property. If he
is charging her an "illegal" late fee for the rent, then that also is an
issue that she has every right to be concerned with. I don't see where
anyone here said that she shouldn't or didn't have a leg to stand on.

As for "knowing her"...I don't believe I have ever spoken to her personally
so that really has nothing to do with it. I've "known" you far longer, had
more discussions via email with you and have spoken to you directly on the
phone on different occasions. I didn't change my stance becuase I "know"
her. If that were the case, I would've changed it because I "know you
better".
