After Andrew and even after the National Guard came in things were so
disorganized, then the ARMY came in and things changed overnight!

Thanks to Iraq, there is no Army to come in and help and this disaster is
far more widespread than Andrew, and affecting many more people!

Thanks Mr. President! (I'm saving Susan from commenting, and trying to be a
little polite--see I didn't even call him names!)
