If not the parents, then who should pay? I know our school district
certainly was not prepared for such a huge hike in the gas prices. I
applaud the PA school board that had the insight to suggest such a solution,
and I was very happy to learn that it's legal. It wouldn't surprise me one
bit to see this idea spread across the state, and probably across the
country. We're being taxed to poverty already by the school districts and
their unreasonable demands.
