Shoot the looters. I think for one thing the looters have the mentality they could be seriously dangerous to others. Get them out of the way to make it safe for everyone else. Hit em with a paint ball and if they see them at it again, blow 'em away. There is just no excuse.

I heard this morning and I certainly hope it was incorrect, that NO is diverting 1500 policeman from rescue operations to deal with the looters. I'd say -let the looters have it and take care of the people who cannot help themselves and then when the looters need to get on the bus to be evacuated out, make them put down all their "booty" and only take the clothes on their back - either that or just plain leave them there to fend for themselves.
