I wouldn't think any animal could live long in the conditions in NO. The
water is toxic, and they don't know to not drink it. It's certainly not like
being dumped off in the green rolling hills of Kentucky. Not saying that is
a good thing to do, but under normal conditions they might have a chance. In
NO, it's a whole different scene.
