How do you know this? Is it because they are from different cities? Let
me say again, once people are identified as interested in taking care
of special needs children they are 'tagged'. I have had children sent
to me from other Islands because I am known to be able to care of
special needs kids and medically fragile kids. I have never had to go
in search of them. YOu report of a conflicting report about who told
them to use 'cages' - a psychiatrist or a case worker. Dani, I think
for the next three or four weeks there are going to be a lot of
conflicting reports. I am just going to wait it out and read about
what happens in court.
