Well said, and that's basically all that Rae and Phyllis have
stated--we need more information to make a fair judgment call.

The only people who could/should have any quarrel at all with Phyllis
and Rae's stance are those who believe there are NEVER good reasons to
confine a child at night--a rather short-sighted stance unless you
have first-hand knowledge of trials concerning night confinement of
children with every kind of handicap. Does such an expert exist on
this board?

I certainly agree on the case worker issue if they didn't think twice about putting so many children in one home - unless they felt that they were getting good care. ... the kids sleep and not cage them with no bedding. ...
