I took a look at those cribs from Pedicraft. They are as much of a cage as anything else. If it is legal for people to be in those why, why is it illegal for someone to use a homemade one of different materials? I hope the parents' attorney knows about this site so the judge would be able to compare what is in the kids' home and what is being sold for the same purpose. Since these beds are legal, I'm wondering where all of this is going. You're right. Substitute cage for canopy bed and there seems to be no problem.
