Your not the only one worried Romy. The morning news shows have been
reporting that its something to be worried about. What concerns me is
that it will take 2-1/2 years to get enough vaccines for every US
citizen, because the US officials didn't take action (meaning they
didn't order them) soon enough to get the vaccines. Canada and
Australia were smart and did order them, and have enough. The only
known cure, other than the flu vaccine, is Tamiflu, made by 1 company
in Switzerland, but recently I heard even Tamiflu has to be
reformulated to kill the strain of flu the bird flu carries. I've even
considered ordering Tamiflu from Canada, but its not cheap. The
alternative, however, is not pleasant.

The feds are trying to cover their asses once again, poo-pooing the
people trying to warn everyone. That just infuriates me. People
better take heed, and get their flu shots or make some noise to the
government, because the bird flu train is a-coming.
