Things I hate about XP:

1. You can't delete the index.dat file unless you create a new user.

2. You can restore your system to a previous date, only if you allow
XP to eat chunks of memory to save those 'restore' files.

3. I can't use "msconfig" to control what starts up when I boot the
computer.

4. I can't re-write the autoexec.bat file, as XP doesn't even use it
.... another thing I don't like. If I inadvertently download a virus
while surfing, I can always delete it through DOS, even before windows
starts up.

5. Nothing is in the place I'm used to looking for it.

6. A lot of useless programs run in the background and eat RAM.

I like RAM.
