And how many more ask the newlywed couple "when are you having children." Or ask a stranger they strike up a conversation with "Do you have children?" as almost the first thing out of their mouths. No different as it indicates a presumption one has, is going to have, and wants them - never mind is physically able.

Yes, you should. I've seen total strangers walk up to mothers with more children than they considered "normal" and say that very thing. Whether it's said with a smiley or not, it's crude and rude.
