Suffice it to say this little "thing" with Best Buy has been going on
since April, six months now. The puter has been "sent off" this is the
fourth time. After the second time, the guy behind the counter told me
that after 4 times, they will replace it. So now, they are replacing
it, FINALLY!!
I doubt that cash or a check from them is an option but I will be much
more attentive to what I finally wind up getting this time, you can be
sure. Thank GOD I don't have to depend on that laptop to work, or I
would have been way up that famous creek!
