I'm so sorry, Neal. Losing a pet like that is like losing family. It sounds like you made the kindest and most loving decision for him, and bless you for having the strength to go through with it. I bet they have high-bouncing Red Lobster beads in kitty heaven, don't you?
Please disregard my previous post asking about Picasso. I hadn't read this one yet.
Prayers and hugs to you!
Anne

The cancer suddenly began spreading rapidly last week. I made the hard decision to have him put to sleep. He was a great cat, a good friend to me, and I had a great experience with him.
From him loving to chase the Red Lobster beads when he was a young boy, jumping amazingly high to catch them, to becoming an adult cat who loved to lie on my computer monitor while I worked, to lying in my open desk drawer after I got a flat screen monitor, to loving to have his back (really his entire body) rubbed with my wand vibrator, he gave me hours, days, weeks, months, and years of enjoyment. Sleep well, my buddy
